Tom is a Vice President with State Street Corporation. Working as part of the Enterprise Data Governance organization within the Office of the CDO, Tom is responsible for the development and implementation of programs, policies and standards that promote more effective use of enterprise data assets and drive regulatory compliance.  In previous roles Tom has developed large scale, client-facing data provisioning solutions and led complex technology integration programs related to client conversions and M&A activity spanning multiple continents.  Tom is an advisory board member for several industry and research groups and has lived and worked in three countries.
