Scott Hannay is the Head of Data and Analytics Initiatives at Zions Bancorporation. In this role, he works closely with the Chief Data Officer in leading multiple enterprise-wide strategies and programs for the eight Zions Bancorp bank affiliates. Scott and team have built a unique consolidated data foundation to enable enterprise-wide advanced analytics, machine learning, and strategic innovation which enable market-leading customer and banking insights, tools, and services. Prior to joining Zions, Scott led innovation and big data transformation across multiple banks as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting for six years. He is the founder and creator of Deloitte’s SmartMap, an AI-enabled product for complex data mapping management. Before Deloitte, Scott led both Operations and Compliance teams at Goldman Sachs where he innovated their client onboarding platform for front, middle, and back office management. Scott received a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and holds a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University.
