Sarita Borgenicht

Director, Communication, Training and Development, Data Strategy BNY Mellon

Sarita is responsible for the design and execution of an enterprise-wide data awareness and education campaign.  She has over ten years of experience in financial services, covering a range of strategic banking operations and data-related projects. Prior to joining BNY Mellon, Sarita led Deutsche Bank’s stakeholder engagement and data tools adoption program. She also established an approach to define dimensions of data quality and effectively report and communicate data quality metrics across the global organization. Her team was awarded Best Data Management Initiative for two consecutive years as part of Waters American Financial Technology Awards. 

Sarita is based in New York and holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from George Washington University, as well as an MBA in Strategy and International Business from Boston University.
