Sandy Estrada

Sandy is a seasoned Data & Analytics advisor with over 20 years of experience guiding executives to strategize, align operations, and leverage technology to address their key data challenges. She has a proven track record in leading data and digital transformations in the financial services sector for renowned companies such as State Street, Eaton Vance, ING, GE, Textron, and Fannie Mae, among others. Currently, she serves as Vice President and co-leader of Cervello, a Kearney company's Data & Analytics Consulting Practice. Her role involves nurturing and expanding the firm's global client base, teams, and partnerships. Throughout her career, Sandy has facilitated transformation programs in data and digital sectors for various organizations and clients. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sandy contributes to the field as a Decision Intelligence Advisor, Member, and Moderator for Women Leaders in Data, Analytics, & AI. She is also the Boston Chapter Lead for Women in Data and dedicates her time as a Mentor for Hack Diversity Fellows. Outside of her work and volunteer activities, Sandy enjoys spending time at her local pottery studio attempting to make functional forms out of lumps of clay.
