Richard J. Lee is a Director of Data Science & AI for John Hancock Financial. In his day-to-day role Richard is responsible for managing AI solutions and educating leaders of all levels about possibilities of AI and its integration within their business unit. Prior to taking this role Richard has nearly 2 decades of experience in analytics and operations. Richard has been a staple at Predictive Analytics World past 10 years as a presenter and keynote speaker with topics such as anomaly detection and setting up analytics & AI teams. In his personal life Richard is an avid motorcycle rider and enjoys reading.
