Paul Schaut leads as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors at Aginity, an active analytics catalog company. As a veteran of 35 years in the big data, digital, and enterprise analytics space, Paul is a 7-time CEO and 16-time Board Director and has worked with many growth-stage technology organizations leading transformational expansions through innovation, partnerships, and acquisitions. As a champion of talent, Paul builds strong teams by development and mentorship with a focus on transparency and results. 

Paul has also served on 16 Boards of Directors, MIT’s Martin Trust for Entrepreneurship and the Massachusetts High Technology council and holds a B.S. in Business from San Jose State University.
