Michael Maffattone

Advisory Board DataRails

Michael Maffattone is an information technology (IT) leader who serves on the advisory board of DataRails, a spreadsheet management platform that helps enterprise companies take control of and automate Excel-based business processes without changing the way users work.

Before founding his current IT advisory and consulting business, MultiMix IT, Michael spent many years working on systems development, integration, operations, infrastructure and security in the trading, investment, banking and asset management businesses. His experience includes executive IT leadership roles as CTO of Annaly Capital Management, CTO of Harvard Management Company, CIO of Caxton Associates, and Divisional CIO and VP at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY.  

Michael is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Georgetown University, earned a BS in computer science from the City University of New York and holds a cybersecurity designation as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He has served on the board of the Wall Street Technology Association for a decade, where he is now a special advisor.
