Matthew Targarona

Matt Targarona is Director of Market Reference Data Products at T. Rowe Price, where he leads enterprise efforts to manufacture and deliver high quality, trusted data products across the firm. Previously, he drove firm wide initiatives including Enterprise Data Governance, Single Sources of Truth (SSOT), BI Reporting, and Metadata Management. He holds an M.S. in Software Engineering from Loyola University Maryland and a B.S. in Computer Science & English from Muhlenberg College. At FIMA 2026, he will share practical approaches for aligning data programs with business outcomes.
