Laura Kornhauser is the Co-founder and CEO of Stratyfy. Stratyfy’s Enterprise AI platform extends intelligence, empowering the real experts of a company—the people who run it—to fight bias and make more informed decisions to grow their business. Unlike other black-box AI solutions, Stratyfy provides the level of interpretability and control that regulated institutions require to adopt AI at scale.

Prior to Stratyfy, Laura was an Executive Director at JPMorgan focused on delivering algorithmic trading strategies and financial derivative products to large institutional clients.  During her 12 years at JPMorgan, Laura became an expert at managing complex client relationships, identifying product opportunities and developing new offerings to meet emerging client demand.

Laura received her MBA from Columbia Business School, earning Dean's Honors with Distinction, and the prestigious Feldberg Fellowship, given each year to up to five entering students who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership potential, as well as academic excellence. For undergrad, Laura attended Princeton University, graduating with a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.  In 2003, she was recognized for her thesis, an in-depth analysis that correctly identified and quantified the inflating housing market bubble years before it burst.  In her spare time, Laura loves playing and watching Ice Hockey, bocce, gardening and all things 80s.
