Juan Liu is a seasoned Data Analytics Leader with more than 15 years of experience advancing data strategy and insights across financial services and digital organizations. She currently serves as Analytics Director at Van Eck Associates, leading data analytics and marketing measurement. Previously, Juan spent over a decade at Fidelity Investments, where she led digital measurement and customer analytics across key product lines. She also serves as adjunct business faculty at Herzing University, bringing real-world analytics expertise into the classroom. Juan holds an MBA from Bryant University and an MS in Applied Statistics from Cornell University.
