Senior Director, Data Quality RBC

Jill Lock is Senior Director, Data Quality at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). Reporting to the firm’s Chief Data Officer, Jill is responsible for defining the strategy and implementation of the firm’s Data Quality activities. The objective is to create transparency and help RBC reduce the amount of manual intervention for data quality issues, and increase the initial accuracy of our regulatory and shareholder reports.

Originally from Scotland, Jill has worked across the UK, Ireland, United States and Canada, and has more than 20 years’ experience working with data in various roles as a developer, analyst and data quality.

When she’s not at work you’ll find Jill on the ski slopes in the winter, or windsurfing in the summer.
