Jason Stearns is an innovative and analytical Information Governance professional with 20 years working in the financial services industry. His experience encompasses designing and implementing information governance (IG), records management and privacy strategies. Jason is known for his ability to translate across disciplines and liaise between technical and nontechnical stakeholders by building strong cross-functional partnerships. He is adept at partnering with executive leadership and business group management on the development and implementation program requirements and initiatives Jason is also a nationally recognized speaker and thought leader on Information Governance. He has led presentations and workshops addressing information governance, records management, privacy, and electronic discovery. He has also been active in the development of national records management standards, frameworks, training and education, and information governance certification.
