Jason Holden is a Principal Software Engineer at Man Group, a global alternative investment manager, leading the Man Numeric Portfolio Management Technology Team. He has spent over nine years at Man Numeric, driving platform modernization and data integration efforts. Originally hired to re-platform the production investment engine from a legacy system onto a modern Python tech stack — revamping the data layer, investment signals, and portfolio optimization — he then helped launch Man Numeric's first fixed income quantitative strategies. Today he leads the team behind the portfolio optimization engine for equities and fixed income, and the analytics tools that accelerate time-to-insight for portfolio managers and researchers.
