Jane Conway, Ph.D. recently retired from Apollo Global Management, joined the Firm in 2022 in the Client and Product Solutions organization responsible for Digital, Data and Analytics and Sales and Marketing Enablement . Prior to that time, Dr. Conway was recently named the Chief Data and Analytics Officer for Voya Investment Management after serving as the Head of Distribution Enablement and Intelligence from May 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, Dr. Conway served as Founder and Managing Partner for Change Architects, LLC providing consulting services to the Investment and Wealth Management industry. Prior to that Dr. Conway held the role of Global Head of Distribution Enablement for T. Rowe Price from February 2017 to October 2019.

Dr. Conway is a member of numerous Distribution technology client advisory boards (CAB). She established the Women in Analytics Industry Forum in 2021 in partnership with Broadridge and industry colleagues. Dr. Conway holds a BS in Psychology from University of Scranton, and a MS and Ph.D. in Cognitive/Perceptual Psychology from Adelphi University and has been an AI practitioner for 38 years.
