Ed Greene

Ed is a legal and compliance professional with a combined 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ed has previously been the head of legal and compliance at a small credit union and a small bank. He was then a compliance advisor at Citizens Bank for over 5 years. Today, Ed is the Director of Legal & Compliance at Scratch Financial, a fintech specializing in financing veterinarian, dental and other medical bills through its payment platform and clinic financing programs. Ed spearheaded a bank partnership building out the entire compliance management system from the ground up at Scratch, allowing Scratch to offer its products nationwide. Ed holds a LL.M in Banking & Financial Law from Boston University, his J.D. (MA Bar) and his Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation and is an expert is consumer banking regulations.
