Domenico Marcone

Domenico Marcone Is Director HR Data Governance & Data Management at RBC. Domenico has overall accountability to drive for data integrity across RBC’s HR function ensuring that appropriate data quality, accountability and consumption activities are established in efforts to contribute to rewarding employee experiences and business success. Domenico holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a MBA. He is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec. He is also an administrator on several Governing Boards. At home with his wife and 2 boys, Domenico is the proud grill master, sports enthusiast and chief Lego master builder.
