Director, Data Governance & Design Prudential Financial

Tony currently serves as the Director of Data Governance and Design for Prudential Retirement. He has 20 years of varied leadership experience within Prudential Financial. He has an extensive operational and client-facing background that has led to a specialization in data governance, data management tools and practices as well as business intelligence. In his current role, Tony has primary responsibility for the implementation and execution of data governance practices within the Retirement organization. Within the last couple of years, Tony and his team have been focused on the enhancement of the Retirement Data Governance framework which has included the management and enhancement of data quality end-to-end; the creation of solutions for complex data requests and growing the businesses’ analytic capabilities to support enterprise digital and customer experience strategies.
