Alina is an accomplished leader and data scientist with over 18 years of experience. She specializes in helping create data driven organizations, leading teams of data scientists, and delivering analytic solutions across multiple industries. She is experienced in Machine Learning and AI, holds a Masters in Statistics from York University, and an MBA in Information Systems Management from University of Phoenix Arizona. She has joined IGM Financial Inc. in Dec 2018 as an AVP of Data Science, where she is responsible for leading data science and data integration initiatives to enable advanced analytics across the company.
