Lucien Foster

Head of FinTech Strategy & Partnerships BNY Mellon

Lucien joined BNY Mellon in 2017 as Head of Fintech Strategy & Partnerships, where he is responsible for executing corporate-level strategic partnerships with technology companies globally. Before joining BNY Mellon, he was with J.P. Morgan, leading strategic partnerships with big data and cloud technology companies. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Foster was a senior member of the Corporate Strategy team at NASDAQ, where he executed M&A transactions and cross-border strategic partnerships with marketing infrastructure, exchanges and technology firms.  He began his career as a Mergers & Acquisitions banker in San Francisco and New York, focused on technology and capital markets. 

Mr. Foster received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and BA, phi beta kappa, from Reed College.
